How do I book?
Browse our Packages or Book Online inventory, choose what you need, and submit the request form. We’ll confirm availability by email/text and send your invoice to secure your date.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $150 for packages or 50% for inventory is required to reserve your date. Your remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event.
What's include with a package?
Our 4-hour packages include the featured items (e.g., seating, décor, projector/screen or karaoke/360 booth), plus setup and takedown. Add more time or add-ons at checkout.
How long is the rental period?
Most packages are 4 hours of event time (setup/takedown doesn’t count toward your 4 hours). Inventory items booked à la carte are listed as 24-hour rentals unless noted.
Do you do delivery and setup?
Yes! We deliver, set up, and return for takedown/pickup. Delivery is included for addresses within 15 of Baton Rouge. Locations outside this radius may have an additional fee.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this area, contact us for a custom delivery quote.
What power and space do I need?
Projector + Screen: one standard outlet; best after sunset or in low light. 360 Booth: flat surface, approx. 10’×10’ area, one outlet; operator included with package. Karaoke: one outlet for machine + speakers; covered space recommended outdoors. Concessions (popcorn/cotton candy): dedicated outlet; avoid long extension strings. If you’re unsure, tell us about your space and we’ll advise the best setup.
Can you set up on grass, turf, or indoors?
Yes, most items can go on grass, turf, concrete, or indoors. We’ll confirm surfaces during booking to bring the right anchors/protection.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Safety first. If weather prevents outdoor setup (e.g., high winds/heavy rain), we’ll work with you to relocate indoors or reschedule to a new date within 90 days/your policy window.
Do you offer custom themes?
Yes! We can match colors and themes (balloons, backdrops, marquee letters, snack stations). Add requests in your booking form and we’ll build a custom quote.
Do you stay on-site during the event?
For the 360 Booth and certain specialty setups, a trained attendant may remain on-site. For standard seating, tables, or screens, we return for pickup at the end.
What if I need more time?
No problem, add extra hours to most packages for $50, subject to availability. Note this in your request and we’ll include it on your invoice.
Do yo clean and sanitize equipment?
Absolutely. All chairs, tables, concession machines, and tech gear are cleaned and sanitized after every rental. (We appreciate normal use; damage/abuse fees may apply if items are returned excessively soiled.)
Can I move items after setup?
For safety and to avoid damage, please do not move equipment after we set it. If you need adjustments, contact us and we’ll help if possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and electronic payments (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Venmo) noted on your invoice. Payment details are included with your confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, notify us at least week in advance; we can apply your deposit to a new date within 90 days of the original event, subject to availability.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular weekends and holidays book quickly, please inquire as early as possible. For weekday or small setups, we can sometimes accommodate short-notice bookings.
Are there any venue or access requirements?
Please ensure clear access for delivery (driveway/entrance, elevator or ground-level access, parking). Let us know about stairs, gates, or long distances from parking so we can staff appropriately.
Do you offer corporate or school events?
Yes! We handle corporate celebrations, school functions, and community events. Ask about multi-unit or multi-day pricing.
Do you provide seating?
Yes, seating is included in select packages and can be added to any booking. Chairs, tables, linens, and heaters are also available à la carte in Book Online → Inventory.
Can I get a custom quote?
Absolutely, tell us your date, location, guest count, and wish list, and we’ll send a free custom quote.
